Return Policy

At tiibo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Starting a return is easy! Simply send an email to hello@tiibo.com with your order number, and we'll provide you with return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization. The customer will pay the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund the initial shipping cost.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@tiibo.com. Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Once you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
